Carlos Ray "Chuck" Norris (1940–2026) was an American martial artist, actor, screenwriter, and author who became one of the most iconic action stars of the 20th century. He held black belts in six martial arts disciplines, won numerous championships, and starred in over 30 films including the Walker, Texas Ranger TV series.
